It seems to me pretty usel...How about just walking? It seems to me pretty useless to drive just to get to a store that is right behind the corner. Of course its faster and easier but yet you must have seen it in Tokyo, people just walk everywhere. I saw the same thing in Europe. All the city centers are walking only zones. That is the real problem in US. That in a neighbor hood full of houses, its only houses that occupy that area.
